Pls tell me how to complete degree with doing government job with education of diploma in civil engineering nearby thane (Maharashtra) which will consider for my job.? Kindly guide me with the proper information on this for me to proceed further with right step. Thank you.

You cannot join any government job without completing degree or if you wish to do full time course also you cannot. First complete your degree and then go for job or you can do the degree in part time so that your job may not get affected.
