Yes, any type of degree students are eligible for IRS deportment.

Educational qualification:-
A candidate must have a degree from an Indian University or an equivalent qualification. Those in the final year of degree course can also apply and appear in the preliminary examination conducted every year by UPSC.

Age limit:-
The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years on 1st August of the year.
The maximum age is 32 years.

Age Relaxation:-
For general category - 32 years
For OBC category - up to 37 years.

Selection Procedure:-
The selection procedure is divided into 3 parts:-
1 - Preliminary Exams
2 - Mains Exam
3 - Interview.

To be an IRS (Indian Revenue Service) Officer, you are required to qualify Civil Services examination held by UPSC.

Further, for appearing in the Civil Services examination and therefore to be eligible for becoming an IRS officer, the minimum education required is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Further, candidates can appear in the same examination while pursuing the final year of their degree course.

So, as per the above details, it is quite clear that candidates having completed BCA or B.Sc. or any other bachelor's degree are eligible for becoming an IRS officer provided they hold essential qualifications other than educational requirements too.
