Reservation rules are same everywhere in government sector jobs. There is 27% seats reserved for OBC, 27% for SC/ST and rest is for general category candidates.

In private jobs, reservation is obeyed or not is not clear. Most of the private sector jobs actually don't follow reservation while recruiting. They only select the suitable candidate.
