Job roles and responsibilities of Executive Associate in Hindustan Machine Tools Limited:

<> Coordinating the State and central government about Land issues.

<> Ensure proper upkeep of all the immovable properties of the company and that of the subsidiaries.

<> Maintain all land records and other documents of immovable properties.

<> Draw up the plans for usage of the surplus built up areas on license or lease basis.

<> Identification of surplus vacant lands or building for disposal

<> Ensure the payment of taxes or other levies in respect of property.

<> Coordinating the Joint Survey of the land parcels and completion of other formalities.
