As a Community Health Officer (CHO) in NRHM Maharashtra, your job responsibilities would include:

1. Identifying and assessing health problems in the community
2. Planning, implementing and evaluating health programs and interventions
3. Conducting health education and awareness campaigns
4. Providing basic curative services for common illnesses
5. Referring serious cases to higher-level health facilities
6. Maintaining records and reports of health services rendered
7. Coordinating with other health care providers and stakeholders at the community level
8. Participating in monitoring and evaluation of health programs
9. Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of activities and outcomes
10. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

In addition to the above, CHO's are also responsible for conducting surveys, collecting data, and maintaining and updating health records. They are also required to work closely with the community to identify health needs and provide appropriate healthcare services. Overall, the role of CHO in NRHM Maharashtra is critical in ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services to the community.
