* Devising research proposals & programs based on the desire of organization's executive.
* Coordinate meeting within & among teams they lead & help in budget management.

* Meet with clients or regulators to discuss, report or explain project.
* Work with other departments on task related to policymaking, intellectual property or management of lab sites.
* They develop acceptable work policies & procedure that meet government or industry regulatory standard.
