Great that you have completed training but those experience will not have great effect in South estern Railway or any other, You have to apply for the RRB exam based on your Qualification. You can also do apprentice and keep it ith you and later you might get a call.

Yes, you can appear for vacancies available for the recruitment as Loco Pilot in Indian Railway.
The eligibility to appear for examination is :- Candidate must have passed 10th and ITI from recognised board/institute. Candidate's age must be between 18-30 years relaxation for reserved category. So, you can appear for examination the examination paper contains questions of General knowledge, General Intelligence, Reasoning, English and Mathematics.
