I want to do some specific course after degree in hotel management.course which is currently in demand.and the places where I hm is needed

I am graduate from Panjab university Chandigarh. After working ok taj hotel for one year and now pursuing job as a demi chef pastry in italian cruises (costa cruises) from past three years so now i want to start my new journey in government sector so i want to ask there is any opportunity for me thanxx.
