No, MBBS students are not eligible for IFS(forest service) exam.

Those who have completed Bachelor's degree in with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology are eligible for IFS examination.

Those who have completed Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering of any of specialization are also eligible for this examination.

The answer is YES, since MBBS is also a graduation and the eligibility criteria says the candidate should have completed graduation from any university in any subject to be eligible for this exam.

The candidate should be in the age group of 21 years to 35 years.

A candidate applying for an IFS Forest Officer must have passed bachelor's degree in one subject as Chemistry/Botany/Geology/Mathematics/Statistics/Physics/Zoology/Agriculture/Forestry/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science from a recognized university. The candidate minimum age should be 21 years and the maximum age should not be more than 32 years. There is a certain policy and the qualification is required to be eligible for a service which is decided by the government.

I am also giving you the UPSC website link for your reference that is www.upsconline.nic.in
