I have completed my B.Tech...
Now looking for jobs in PSUs....
My dream corporate is IOCL.....
So please help me to know the procedure

You can get in to IOCL and other PSUs, it is possible only through GATE. Once, you have qualified for GATE and based on the cut off marks (Which changes every year) you will be shortlisted. Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Test and Personal Interview. And for some posts there will be Physical Fitness Test.
