Procedure to get temporary physically handicapped certificate for 5 years?


I have ruptured eardrum and I have listen only higher sound by one ear. Doctor told me for operation. Can I find temporary physically handicapped certificate which is valid only upto 5 year.

You can get such certificates after getting medical checkup from a gazetted medical officer of your district.

Just the district medical officer of your home district and get your proper medical done. They should give you such certificates.
