Having completed Diploma you can join in Railways by writing the respected entrance exam for it. As regarding your qualification, you can apply for SCRA exam conducted by UPSC every year.

This exam stands for Special Class Railway Apprentices.

Eligibility needed for the exam are:

Nationality:

# Candidate should have a citizenship in India

Age limit:

# Candidate should have 17-21 years for general category candidates and thre are relaxation for other category candidates.

Educational Qualification:

# Candidate should have completed +2 or respected exam from a recognized board in order to be eligible.

If you satisfy them all then you can apply for the SCRA exam.
