Northeast Frontier Railway Zone was established under the Government of India with its headquarter located at Maligaon Railway Station, Guwahati. The major objective of the Notheast Frontier Railway Zone is to perform rail operations in the entire Northeast region of West Bengal and Bihar. The North Eastern Railway was established on April 14, 1952. Northeast Frontier Railway Zone was established as a result of the amalgamation of the two Railway systems, Oudh and Tirhut Railway and the Assam Railway.

Job Profile:

North East Frontier Railway is making recruitment for the posts of Medical Practitioner for North East Frontier Railway.
