Re: Recruitment available in Government sector for B.Tech(Civil Engineering) candidate?
If you are pursuing B.Tech Civil engineering then you are not eligible for more government jobs because as far as my knowledge and experience is concerned, 60% + jobs are based on graduation so I would like to suggest you to complete your bachelor's degree first to become eligible for more jobs and for those jobs which you are expecting these days.
Still you are eligible for following jobs because these jobs are based on class 12th qualification : SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination. Indian Post Office Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant Examination. SSC Multi Tasking Staff Non Technical Examination Lower Division Clerks and Data Entry Operator Examination Assistant Grade III examination with computer knowledge and certificate. So you can apply for these jobs first and if you are willing to prepare for government jobs after completion of your graduation then you will be eligible for following jobs : Junior Engineer/ Assistant Engineer/ Engineering Executive/ Executive Engineer/ Technical Engineers post in various PSUs of India - SAIL, GAIL, BHEL, ONGC, NTPC, PGCIL, NPCIL, CIL, OIL, HPCL etc. but you must have secured minimum 65% marks in graduation in aggregate. IT Officer Scale I under the category of Specialist Officer in nationalized banks of India on the basis of your graduation degree in engineering discipline. Probationary Officer and Clerks post in nationalized banks through IBPS and SBI examinations and have a good job. SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination for Group B and C posts under Central Government of India. Indian Railways - Assistant Station Master jobs on graduation basis. BSNL - Telecommunication Assistant Post on the basis of your Civil Engineering degree. So there are many options for you to choose now you have to choose carefully and I would say that before facing a lot of competition, you should start preparation now and keep applying for little jobs so that you will get idea of exams and how to crack. |
