I am serving in Chandigarh Police as a Constable. I am a Constable but there is no promotion for me I believe. So, I need to know that if there is any recruitment exam through which I can get promotion. Please help me.

Promotion is possible, if you have the required qualification and clear the internal exams conducted by the concerned department. If you have degree, then you can apply for such exams.

Just contact higher authorities for any such exams. Internal promotion is definitely available at most of the government organisation through exams.
