Every year Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Common Recruitment Process (CWE) for the recruitment of Specialist Officers in various stream.
 As you are a graduate so you are eligible to apply for IBPS Specialist Officers. The details regarding syllabus and examination is available on the official website.
