What is the procedure to join ISRO as an Assistant Scientist or Technical Assistant?
Sir, I’m studying BSc (MPCS) final year. Am I eligible to attend the ISRO exam for assistant scientist or technical scientist? What is the process to write the written exam. What are the topics that we have to refer.

ISRO releases notification for scientist posts from time to time. You need to have excellent academic record to apply for it. Mostly engineering graduates are considered for scientist post.
Selection will be on the basis of performance in the entrance exam and interview conducted by ISRO itself. |

Eligibility criteria for Technical Assistant in ISRO are as under :-
-The candidate must be an Indian. -The candidate should have passed First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. -The candidate age should be 35 years for open category as on 31.12.2015. There is relaxation in upper age limit for for OBC candidates by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. -Selection of candidate will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test and Interview. Salary structure : Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade Pay : Rs. 4600/- |
