Whether handicapped certificate format from State Government Hospital is valid for UPSC exam?


I am a PH candidate with more than 40%. My PH certificate is issued by state government hospital and it has different format than UPSC. My question is whether UPSC consider other format of PH certificate for IAS exam?

A candidate who has been issued a disability certificate from a district medical. Is there any possibility that it may be rejected or not recognized by the upsc?. Do they issue another disability certificate during medical examination?

I have a ph certificate issued by state government in 2009. Will it be valid for UPSC 2018 exam. And this certificate have different format than format provided by upsc
