Whether IRDA Online Test for Advisor recruitment is same for LIC and other Private Insurance companies? Does the licence holder of LIC need to retest for getting licence of Private Insurance companies?


Hello,
I would like to know that is IRDA online test for Advisor of LIC and other Private Insurance companies are same or separated? Can licencee adviser for LIC is required to retest for getting licence for Private Insurance companies?

IRDA controls the whole insurance sector of the country and public as well as private companies come under it. Hence, if you qualify IRDA exam, then you will eligible for job at any insurance company.

There is no separate exam to become an insurance agent for LIC and private sector insurance companies in India.
