Whether pension is clubbed together along with salary as under the head 'income from salary' for obc non creamy layer?
I retired from Air Force in 2010 at the age of below 40 yrs as an airman as sergeant and reemployed in a psu bank as a clerk at the age of above 40. Getting both defence pension and bank salary. Will the pension be clubbed together along with the salary as 'income from salary' head or be treated as income from other sources for determining the non creamy layer obc for my daughter in West Bengal
