Will I get a government lecturer job if I had completed b.ed from sunrise University alwar. Will education officer approved my salary

Yes,you will get a government lecturer job after completed BEd from Sunrise University.
Sunrise University is recognised by UGC University Grants commission.

The first thing I would like to let you know that your B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree from Sunrise University is valid for any job application as your university is UGC approved.

Further, I would like to let you know is that to be a lecturer in any college a candidate is required to have qualified NET/SET/SLET examination and for appearing in these examination a candidate is required to have completed his/her Master's degree course in concerned discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognised university. Further, there is no requirement of B.Ed. degree to be a lecturer in college.

So, if you hold the above mentioned qualification required for being a lecturer then only you are eligible for filling an application for government lecturer posts.

For recruitment as lecturer in government colleges, you have to appear and qualify in UGC NET.

The required eligibility is that candidate must have passed master degree from a recognised university. B.Ed qualification is not sufficient to appear for the examination. So, you can appear and qualify in NET for the recruitment.
