As per the B.R.S. College Dumiyani admission procedure to get Bachelor of rural studies is 10+2 with 50% marks from a recognized educational Board and admission is through entrance test conducted by the university. This course is designed keeping in view the requirements of areas of agriculture, forest and rural.

Admission requirement:

1. Passed 10+2 from a recognized educational Board
2. Merit-based/ Based on counseling after qualification of entrance test
3. Indian Institute of Rural Management (IIRM) Entrance Test, etc.
