Dear friends, I am interested to study MBBS from Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research. So, I would like to know about the process of getting admission in this institute for this MBBS course asap.

Admission Procedure is:-

==> Student must have completed 10+2 from a recognized Board.

==> Should have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB(Science).

==> Should have completed the minimum age of 17 years.

==> For admission in MBBS course, student can apply to the college through their NEET UG Medical scorecard.

To get admission in any government or private college in MBBS course, you have to appear for the NEET examination.

The common eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed or pursuing in 12th from a recognised board in PCB.

So, you have to appear and qualify in the examination to get admission in the NEET examination.

The application form for the 2019 examination is over.

NEET is National Eligibility Entrance Test. It is conducted by NTA. The examination is conducted for admission in MBBS or other medical courses.

Candidates after qualifying in the examination will become eligible for admission in the MBBS course.

So, you will become eligible to get admission in Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Educational Research after qualifying in NEET. The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed 12th in PCB as main paper with minimum 50% aggregate.

Since 2016, it is mandatory to appear and qualify in NEET examination to get admission in MBBS course other than for AIIMS or JIPMER.

So, you will have to follow the same procedure and appear and qualify in the examination for admission.

Common eligibility is that candidate must have passed 12th in PCB with minimum 50% aggregate.

The age limit is 17-25 years. So, you need to do give your maximum effort to qualify in the examination.

NEET examination is conducted by NTA every year.
