There is a certain limit to which the grace marks can be provided. Generally the limit is 4-5 marks depending on the circumstances.

You cannot get as many grace marks as you want.

Since you have not given the maximum marks, the passing marks and the obtained marks, I cannot tell you whether you can get the grace marks or not but if you fall in th limit, then definitely you can get them.

Ideally you should. You have not mentioned which year you are in. I used to head the exam dept in a pvt university and there was a rule in the Univ by which a student could write an application to the Exam Head at the Univ or to the Vice Chancellor stating the status of marks if there was a backlog in only one subject.
If such a student has got a job offer or admission into a PG college then a copy of the such a letter can be attached to the application and the students used to given grace marks to pass.

Additionally you can file for re-evaluation and a Xerox copy of the answer sheet if you doubt your marks, this is the new rule under RTI. Always ask admin staff for the rule book in case you have a doubt or read your handbook, rules are usually mentioned there.
