I did my under graduate in bachelor degree and I get grace marks in one subject but I continuously improving myself am I eligible for appearing any entrance under public service commission.

Dear there are many exams conducted by UPSC Board - Union Public Service Commission which requires different eligibility criteria.

UPSC Civil Service Examination : You must have passed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and those candidates who are appearing for final year/semester exams or appeared or awaited for the result of final examination may also apply for UPSC Civil Service Exam.

Now you have mentioned that you have got grace marks in one of your subjects so dear do not worry about that because I would say only one thing is that if your degree is completed or you are awaited for final exams result then you can apply for Union or State Public Service Commission Examination.
