With increasing focus on health care, the demand of efficient nurses are increasing.Fro, salary and career aspects,nursing job is better in abroad as compared to that of India.
-In India nurses as fresher can get a salary of about 7,000 to Rs 17,000 per month.Mid-level positions can get a pay between Rs 18,000 to Rs 37,000. Highly experienced nurses can get a salary in the band of Rs 48,000 to Rs 72,000 per month.In foreign countries,the salary is much higher.
-There is a huge demand of skilled nurses in foreign countries.
-One get better living conditions and facilities abroad.
However,drain of experienced nurses from India have resulted in the scarcity of efficient nurses in India.As a result,you should serve your motherland first and then look for foreign opportunities.
