Hello everyone,
I want to apply for BITSAT next year.
I want to know that BITSAT is easy than JEE Main
and Advanced? And also tell me what is
the marking scheme of BITSAT?

BITSAT and JEE Advanced, both the entrance exams are considered as tough exams which demand a sincere and thorough preparation from students for cracking it.

However, if we consider TOI report, then according to them BITSAT is more competitive.

If we look out the number of candidates appearing for the exam, then the ratio is bit bigger in BITSAT exam.
About 5.2 lakh candidates appear for JEE Advanced Exam and among them hardly 9600 seats bag up seats in IITs.
While, in case of BITSAT exam 1.36 lakh candidates apply and only 2000 get seats in BITS.
So, the selection ratio in JEE Advanced is 54 while of BITSAT is 68.
On the basis of selection ratio, JEE Advanced seems to be easier for candidates.

Marking Scheme of JEE Advanced Exam:
Exam Pattern of JEE Advanced keeps on changing. However exam pattern according to previous exam pattern is mentioned here.
Two Papers wil be conducted.
Paper 1: Physics (10 MCQs), Chemistry (5 MCQs), Mathematics (5 questions)
Paper 2: Physics (8 MCQs), Chemistry (8 questions), Mathematics (Match List Type Questions)

Marking Scheme of BITSAT Exam:
Duration of Exam: 3 hours
150 MCQs with four options.
Physics: 40 questions
Chemistry: 40 questions
English Proficiency: 15 questions
Logical Reasoning: 10 questions
Mathematics/Biology: 45 questions
For each correct answer, candidate will get 3 marks.
While for each incorrect answer, -1 mark will fetch.

BITSAT exam is comparitively easier compared to JEE advanced, because the number of people writing this exam is far high. The marking scheme for the BITSAT exam is MCQ type

After completing 150 questions, there will be a series of 12 q
MATHEMATICS(ENGINEERING )/BIOLOGY(B.PHARM) 45 QUESuestions for extra marks. Once opened this window cannot be closed. Unlike IIT-JEE, the exam is not comprised of two parts.

BITS stands for Birla Institute of Technology & Science and it is a tough exam to crack. JEE is also a tough exam but if you compare you will find BITS to be tougher than JEE.
JEE is offline exam, online at some places but BITSAT is fully online.

The marks strategy in BITSAT is as follows.

Duration of Exam: 3 hours
150 MCQs with four options.

Chemistry: 40 questions
English Proficiency: 15 questions
Logical Reasoning: 10 questions
Mathematics/Biology: 45 questions
