Re: Can I apply for B.Ed with 49% marks in Graduation?
The percentage, which is required in graduation to join in B.Ed course changes from one university to another university. But, when consider most of the universities admission criteria, the percentage requirement is based on category, to which the candidate belongs to.
Percentage requirement in Graduation:- 1. OC - 50% 2. BC - 45% 3. OBC - 43% 4. SC/ST - 40% If you are a candidate from General category, it is difficult to get admission with 49% percentage. |

As you mentioned that you are from General category with 49% in graduation. So, it is little difficult to get the admission in reputed colleges. But still there are some chances to get the admissions for B. Ed in some colleges who allow with these percentages. So, try your luck.. |

Re: Can I apply for B.Ed with 49% marks in Graduation?
No, you are not eligible to pursue B. Ed course with 49% aggregate marks in your Graduation. Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree course in Science/ Arts/ Commerce stream with minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ ST) marks from a recognised university are eligible to pursue B. Ed course.
B.Ed programme offered by various reputed institutions/universities. However, the graduates must have scored 50% to 55% in their qualifying degree exam and the postgraduates have to secure at least 55% in their respective qualifying degree exam to be eligible to apply for. |
