Respected Sir/Madam, I am a Biotechnology student of BTech and currently studying in 5th semester. As Software Engineer/Developer recruitment is increasing day by day, so after completing my BTech with this stream, I can become such Developer or Engineer?

You can have scope in these positions after completing your course:
1.Biomedical Engineer.
2.Biochemist.
3.Medical Scientist.
4.Biological/Clinical Technician.
5.Microbiologist.
6.Process Development Scientist.
7. Biomanufacturing Specialists.
8.Business Development Manager.

Biotechnology is a vast field, and nearly every analysis requires computers and codes. When you like to compose programming and algorithm and still have a passion for biology, perhaps bioinformatics is a great position for you. Bioinformatics research usually deals with large data processing (Genomics, Proteomics, etc.) and has to compose several codes in various languages.

You will also find employment in software companies after B.Tech in*Biotechnology. You may also take a software course before applying for a job in this area. You may work in the company as a software developer or web developer.
