I have appeared for TYBA in 2002 and SYBA one subject fail. But that time I failed. Now after 15 years my future growth is stopped because of graduation. Now I have to complete graduation in NMU. Is it possible. Please advise me.

No, You can't complete graduation from NMU after 15 years of gap.

Now you can start new graduation course and complete it via distance learning mode.

You have to just register for particular graduation course write examination to get a degree recognized by UGC.

You will get admission on the basis of intermediate score only.

No you can't continue your left bachelor's degree...you must do it again if you want to get bachelor's degree or may become graduate..
