I am about to complete my graduation(b.tech) in computer science. Bt Iam really verymuch interested in doing fashion designing.. Do I have any chance to study post graduation i.e,masters in fashion designing...even though iam from b.tech background...or should I start fashion designing from the begining(all over again)...i.e,graduation 4yrs post graduation 2yrs..is there no chanc of dng pg course directly in fashion designing..??

Yes, you can pursue PG courses like M.Sc.(Fashion Designing) after the completion of your B.Tech. M.Sc.(Fashion Designing) is a two year course, candidates who have completed their graduation in any stream are eligible for admission in this course. NIFT(National Institute of Fashion Technology) is offering M.Sc.(Fashion Designing) course, you can apply for M.Sc.(Fashion Designing) course admission in NIFT.

Yes, you can very much do Post graduation in Fashion Designing after having completed your B.Tech course.

You cannot go for post graduation in fashion designing as you are from science background if you want to do fashion designing course then you can opt for diploma course. After B.Tech you can go for M.tech or MBA, so its better to go for diploma course as it has also got some value you can have a good career opportunity after diploma course also.

Yes there is a Chance of doing PG in Fashion designing after completion of graduation in B.Tech with CSE. And there are many courses are there in the Post graduation in Fashion designing.

Eligibility for PG in Fashion Technology :


1.You should have completed graduation from the recognized University.

2.There is No Age limit.

3.And you need to give an exam called " NIFT ".

Being a B.Tech student you are eligible to apply for M.F.Tech (Master's of Fashion Technology ).

Since, you are talking about rowing two boats in different directions and it is quite difficult but possible. For this you have to again pursue your Graduation in fashion designing and then post graduation in it. Since, non of the fashion designing college will admit you with this degree.
