Sir,
I am completed post graduation in Physiology
& now would like to study B.Sc in Chemistry subject.
I was completed my second year B.Sc in Biology.
Can I get admission in direct third year of B.Sc chemistry by considering completed my second year of B.Sc??

No, there is no way that it is possible. Under regular courses, once you enroll for one course, you have to stick to it for 3 years. So once you are B.Sc.(Biology) student you have to stay that until you pass your graduation.
Again in distance education courses also you cannot do this thing. What you can do is, leave your B.Sc. in Biology course now. Enlist under Sikkim Manipal(www.smude.edu.in) or Utkal university(www.utkaluniversity.ac.in) for B.Sc. in Chemistry. Under such distance education universities, you can sit for all the papers as and when it is set or all at once if you want to. Normally that is not viable. It will take you at least 2 years to complete all the three year papers of B.Sc. in Chemistry. But you will at least save one year here. In regular courses you will have to repeat 3 years again for B.Sc. in Chemistry. So think about it.

I have completed 2 nd year in bsc in an open university. Is it possible to do 3 rd year in bsc on regular basis from any other university?

Dear student, how can you get admission in 3rd year of B.Sc ( Chemistry ) if discontinued in 2nd year of BSc ( Biology ).
It is not possible to admission in this way ,because as you mentioned 2nd year BSc ( Chemistry ) after that 3rd year BSc ( Biology ).
Clearly this is not the issue of Backlog or gap or absence in examination.

I have collected BA second year and final year was discontinue after one year gap can I continue final year exams please give me answer

sir, i had finished 3 semesters from a recognized university in Bsc chemistry as a regular course.In the midst i got a job and i wanted to complete my course for further promotion process within 2021 dec.can i do the rest 3 semesters in one sitting through distance education?is there any university which provides this facility?kindly please let me know.

I was dropped my collage for some reasons in 3 years ago not complete my graduation , can i start from where i dropped or i need to start from first year again ?
