Can I get admission to study B.Tech(CSE/ECE) if secured 1359 General Women rank in KIITEE?

I have got 1359 rank in General Women category in KIITEE. Can I get CSE or ECE branch in B.Tech? Kindly let me know about this as soon as possible.
