I have secured 1467 rank in KIITEE.
I want to study B.Tech there.
So, can I call for 1st round of counselling?

You have a good rank in KIITEE and will definitely be called for the first round of counselling. Moreover, you will have the choice of all the branches. So relax and just analyze your future goal and interests and decide atleast three branches in order of preference in your mind. You will need to fill this information during the counselling. Among the branches present in KIIT, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication and Mechanical Engineering are the best branches and are also considered the royal branches of the university.

Your KIITEE mark is very good to study B.Tech and hence you have been called for the 1st round of counselling. And hence Start selecting best colleges to study B.Tech and select best branches.
