Can I improve my graduation percentage after 3 years. I have completed B.Com from CCS university, Meerut, but I could not get good marks in 2014. Can I fill improvement form in 2017?

For improvement exams, you need to apply after the results are announced. Now after the 3 years of results, you can't apply for it because there is no provision for such things.

If you were not satisfied with your results, then you should have applied for improvement then only. Now you can't do much.

Sorry to inform you that there is no such provision of applying for improvement examination after completion for B.Com course from CCS university.
So, you may not be allowed to fill improvement form after completion of bachelors degree course 3 years ago.
Although you can take a fresh admission into the same course and then can appear for examination and improve your marks.

No, you can't improve your graduation percentage in 2017 after 3 years of gap after completion of your Graduation course. You can apply for Improvement examinations only in the year after completion of your Graduation course. Since, you have completed your Graduation course 3 years back, you can't apply for Improvement examinations.

I am sorry to say that there is no such provision to improve your Graduation marks after 3 years of gap in your Graduation course. Candidates those who want to improve their marks in Graduation of a particular year, must have to appear in the improvement examination in the very next year of the University examination of that particular year. Otherwise he/she will not be eligible for the improvement examination after a year gap.

Now its too late to apply for improvement exam.
A candidate can apply for improvement exam in the same year in which he or she gave the final exam.
After 3 years of gap you are not eligible to apply for improvement exam.

Sorry, you can't apply for improvement after such a long gap. Now it's too late for improvement. You can apply for improvement after announcing result but as you have a gap of 3 years then it is not possible.

There is no provision to do improvement after a gap and this is possible only if you have less than 50% marks.
