Hello Sir, I am interested to study Diploma in Hotel Operations Management and Kitchen Training in Deepthi Institute of Hotel Management, Kakinada. So, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying and studying this course in this institute. Kindly tell me asap.

Eligibility criteria of Diploma in Hotel Management:-

1) Candidates must have passed 10+2 level of education in any stream, from a recognized educational Board.
2) A minimum aggregate score of 50% (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.

The minimum educational qualification required to study diploma in hotel operations management and kitchen training is 12th in any discipline from a recognised board with at least 50% marks for general category students and 45% for reserved category students.

Age of the candidate should not be more than 22 years however, age relaxation in upper limit is provided to reserved category students.

°°° Diploma in hotel operations Management and Catering is 3 years diploma level hotel management course.
Divided into 6 semesters diploma in hotel operations Management and Catering focuses on the management of hotel administration/accounts/advertising/housekeeping/front office/food/catering and upkeep.

Students must complete and plus two class or its equivalent from recognised School Board.
Admission to this course is usually based on merit but some of the colleges or universities conduct their entrance exams for admission.
