Eligibility to study M.A. in History for a candidate who has secured 71% in B.A.(English)?
Hello,
I did my Graduation in English Hons with 71%. Now I want to do M.A. in History. Is it possible? Kindly tell its eligibility criteria for the same. Please reply to me immediately. Thank you in advance. |

You are not eligible to apply for the M.A in History with B.A in English and the reason is you should complete the any of the following streams in your graduation for M.A in History and those are listed below.
1.B.A in History 2.B.A (Hons) 3.B.Com (Hons) 4.B.Sc (Hons ) Eligibility to apply for M.A in History : --> You should complete the graduation from any of the above streams and No other stream candidates are eligible to get an admission in M.A in History. --> You can get an admission either in direct way or through any entrance examination and it depends on the type of University or college . |

No, as you have completed your BA in a subject other than History you are not eligible to pursue the Masters in any other subjects.
The subject of study during your BA and MA should be the same. |
