My score in MU-OET is 153 marks in this year. What could be my rank? Can I expect MBBS seat there? Kindly let me know about this immediately.

No, no one can determine the actual cutoff marks or rank before the result comes out.

it solely depends upon the following factors :

* The demand of the course.
* The number of seats available.
* The number of applications came for the course.
* The difficulty level of the paper.

So, you will know it once the result comes and will know the status whether you can go for MBBS or not once you attend the counselling.
