I am studying BDS in first year. How to get admission in MBBS directly in second year after completion of first year in BDS since the portions are similar in both the courses in first year?

MBBS is Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery. To get admission in the course, you have to appear and qualify in NEET.

NEET is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. There is no lateral entry in the MBBS course, so you have to appear and qualify in the entrance examination. The eligibility to apply for NEET is that candidate must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main paper with minimum 50% aggregate and relaxation for reserved category.

No, you can't. The only way to do it is to appear for NEET again, qualify, get a good rank and a take a medical seat after surrendering the dental seat.
