If your daughter has got a compartment in Mathematics in her CBSE Class 12th exam, then she will be required to clear the compartment exam in order to become eligible for admission to a B.Tech course. Most colleges require candidates to have cleared their Class 12th board exams before granting admission.

However, some colleges may provide provisional admission to candidates who have secured admission in a B.Tech program on the condition that they clear their compartment exams within a certain time frame. In such cases, the college will require the candidate to produce proof of having cleared the compartment exam before granting final admission.

You should check with the colleges that your daughter is interested in applying to whether they offer such provisional admission and what their policies are for students who have compartment exams. Additionally, you should also check with the CBSE board for information on the compartment exam schedule and how to apply for it.

To get admission in a B.Tech program after getting a compartment in your 12th standard exams, you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria set by the university or college where you plan to pursue your B.Tech degree. Typically, the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to a B.Tech program is a pass in the 10+2 examination from a recognized board or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

However, if you have a compartment in any of these subjects, you may not be eligible for admission to some universities or colleges. In such cases, it is recommended that you check with the specific university or college where you plan to pursue your B.Tech degree to know their admission criteria.
