If I passed graduation in 2009 from patiala University then I increase my graduation percentage in 2023 please give me the solution

Due to huge gap, improvement in percentage is not possible.
One can fill the improvement form just after the exam to improve their percentage.
Maximum of 5 year is provided to improve the marks after that it's not possible.

Or else one has to again take admission in graduation for such purpose.
