Re: Journalism is possible after B.Tech?
Hello Friend !!
To become a Journalist you should have a Masters Degree in Journalism. Since you are already doing B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with this you cannot step into Masters Programme of Journalism. For doing Masters in Journalism you should have a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication or Mass Media or Journalism. Since you do not have any of these Graduate degree's you cannot get admission into Masters Programme of Journalism. So if you seriously wanted to become a Journalist, you should give up the Engineering course right away and get admission into the Graduation Course of Journalism. Some of the important skills required for a Journalist include Investigative, mind Alertness, Adaptive and tolerant in nature and good communication skills also, command over language, confidence, enthusiasm. Top Colleges in India offering Journalism Courses are : 1 Mudra Institute of Communications.
