Last date of AMU admission forms for Class 11th students?

AMU stands for Aligarh Muslim Universities and it is one of the best university providing education for higher secondary and other higher studies.

To get admission in the same for higher secondary education one has to clear its entrance examination referred as SSSC examination.

For higher secondary degree, AMU offers courses in Arts/Commerce/Stream/Humanities/Diploma in engineering. For each the stream cutoffs are different.

For admission in the AMU, one has to have secondary degree courses from a recognized board of education with an average of 45% aggregate in English, Mathematics and Science.

The entrance examination for SSSC 2015 has passed which was on 25th May 2015. So you will have to wait for SSSC 2016 for your admission in the AMU. For which the admission form will be released by the end of March 2016 lasting upto the third week of April 2016.

You cannot apply for graduate courses without having completed +2 as for applying any of the UG courses you need to have completed +2 in the respected stream for which you are applying.

Apart from that to apply for the AMU you need to check for admission dates at the official site of Aligarh Muslim University at http://www.amu.ac.in . You can apply for the exam either through Offline by applying directly at the university or by applying Online.

To join in the courses you would need to appear for the entrance exams for the respected course and if shortlisted you need to appear for the counselling held at the university.
