my younger sister is in 10'th class in UP Board she wanna to get addmission in AMU, but we don'know off how to get her addmit in 11'th class in AMU so plz tell me d whole proccedure of getting addmission in AMU after having completed 10'th. Just know that she iz in UP highschool Board; That's it.

There is no problem with the board she has passed her 10th from.

For admission in AMU your sister need to give the entrance exams that is conducted by AMU for various streams.

And as you have not mentioned the stream in which your sister wants to take admission in, I am providing you the details of all streams:

Eligibility:

For admission in class XI she must have scored a minimum of 45% in aggregate of English, science(including Life science) and maths together.

Entrance test pattern:

Science Stream;

Objective type paper comprising of 100(1 mark for each question).

. Science(including Physics, Chemistry and Life science) : 50 marks

. Mathematics : 30 marks

. General Knowledge : 10 marks

. Indo-Islamic Culture : 10 marks

Commerce stream:

Objective type paper comprising of 100 marks(1 mark for each question)

. Social Studies(History & Civics, Geography, Economics) : 60 marks

. Mathematics : 20 marks

. General Knowledge : 10 marks

. Indo Islamic Culture : 10 marks

Arts stream:

Objective type paper comprising of 100 marks(1 mark for each question)

. Social Studies(History & Civics, Geography, Economics) : 60 marks

. Mathematics : 20 marks

. General Knowledge : 10 marks

. Indo-Islamic Culture : 10 marks

To get admission in 11th standard at AMU, your sister will have to qualify entrance test, which is usually conducted in the last week of May and the Applications forms are available in the month of January or February and must be filled up by the end of March.

Exam Pattern:-
The exam is conducted on the following sections.
1. Science (Physics, Chemistry and Life Science) - 50 Marks
2. Mathematics - 30 Marks
3. General Knowledge - 10 Marks
4. Indo-Islamic Culture - 10 Marks
If she can qualify this exam, she will get admission in AMU.
