For BAMS admission only class 12th marks are not enough to get admission. You have to appear for any medical entrance exam like NEET for admission in India. Only a good rank can help you to get admission in a top college.

Hence, just apply for entrance exam and be prepared for it. Chances of admission will be more if you are well prepared.

You can apply for admission, but there is no surety as to whether you will be getting admission or not that cannot be said exactly as it depends upon the competition level.

However. 60% is the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for admission, therefore, you are very much eligible to apply for admission.
