I am done my Graduation and pursuing for MBA, so I want those course which is beneficial in future for best jobs.?

Generally short term diploma courses can be done after Graduation. AIMA (All India Management Association) offers several short term courses which are provided below. As you said, graduation or post graduation alone not adequate to get good career. So meanwhile you try to learn short term courses for MBA course. It if beneficial to you when you select short term course in relation with the stream that you opt in MBA. I can suggest you to opt "HRM (Human Resource Management)" course for better future, PGDCA. After completion of short term course, and MBA you would find good career opportunities for sure.

>> Graduation (10+2+3) in any discipline or 03 year diploma is acceptable.
