i have done bsc in biotechnology &mba(hr)but not from good college im fresher plz tell me what short term course i should do that help me in getting a nice job what other options are available for me plz rply on my id

MBA Human Resources is a self contained course, you do not need further
diploma in HR as you already has Masters degree. If you insist, then you can
do Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management by distance learning/correspondence from IGNOU. Please visit IGNOU web site for more

U could Just go for an ERP HR Module training as now day the ERP is being implement every where in Most companies. Even the experienced guy in HR are not so much acquented with ERP System. This may prove helpful to Get Job.

After MBA you can go for ERP HR module training. One year diploma course in Labour laws is also useful. Training in SAP ,ESI,PF, Components of salary etc..wil provide an edge over others. Diploma in environment management or diploma in Training and Development will also be beneficial..

I would like to recommend u to keep up the pace, since u r not getting good job as u have told that u have not done ur MBA from a good college, just avail the opportunities coming in ur way. Cause experience is the only road that will lead u to a great job opportunity ahead. Just gather experience from ur current job or options that are availabe for u now.

As you have done BSC in biotechnology and MBA with HR, i don't think that you should go for any other shor term couses.

You just improve yourself, improve your communication skills and also improve your english speaking skills.

You can also try to begin your career as Assistant Manager or Office Co-ordinator. afer having 6 years of experience you can increase your position and again doing the same you can get a job as a manager but you have to work hard for that.

As you are not from good college but you have potential so you got job.
After taking some expirence you can switch to any MNC that will provide you higher salary.
You can do MS but it is not an short term course.
It better to take expirence...

I have done my MA(English Lit.) and currently pursuing Ph.D. I have done my also done MBA in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University. At present, I am a lecturer of Communication Skills in an Engineering college which is affliated to Mumbai University. Can anybody tell me, will my MBA in HR help me in any ways other than my teaching career?

*If you like to go in core field means do M. Phil in Bioinformatics or Nanotechnology

*If you think of going in HR or Administration then go for PG in Human Resource Management

I worked as computer teacher and when I finished my executive MBA i found job in adminstration as admin. officer
but i am not happy because of low pay so should i go a head for any further courses like certifieded once or not please advise me
