B.Ed Eligibility Criteria:

- You must be a graduate in any faculty with 50% of marks from a recognized university. Final year students may also eligible. Those candidates who have done Master Degree course from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate may also apply.

- There is no minimum age limit required for B.Ed.

- The selection to the B.Ed course is on the basis of entrance exam or interview conducted by the respective university. Universities like IGNOU, Andhra University etc. offer distance learning program in B.Ed as well.

The eligibility criteria for BEd is as follows :

* The candidate must have completed his education from a recognized university under the scheme of 10+2+3 at least.

* The candidate must have possessed at least 50% marks in the graduation.

* The candidate must have attained an age of 21 years at the time of admission.

If you fulfill the above said criteria then you can definitely go for BEd.

Eligibility criteria for B.Ed admission in NCTE approved university :

Candidate must have completed his/her graduation with more than 50% marks from any recognised university.
There is no age limit.

Eligibility for Andhra University, Jammu University and Kurukshetra university is also as same as above.

In all the Universities that you have mentioned the percentage of marks required is 50% marks in aggregate in the UG Course.

I swarnaprava Das have completed 10th from CBSE board,then diploma from SCTE&VT,then B.TECH(computer science & Engineering).I want to know that ,Am I eligible for regular B.ED course?

I've completed my BA from IGNOU with mix subjects I.e no major subject may I appear for b.ed and if yes then which optional subjects I can choose from my graduation subjects. Thank you
