It is nice to see you looking forward to training right from the second year of engineering. You have various options to pursue your training. Some organizations have online provision of application for vocational training courses while some do not, so you need to apply offline in them. Since you are from instrumentation background, so you can do training from:-

- PSUs like ONGC, IOCL, SAIL, AAI etc.
- Indian Railways
- Metro Railways
- All-India Radio
- Private instrumentation companies like Robert Bosch, Asahi India Glass, etc.
