I am a student of b tech civil i have no idea about internship and training or correct time to do and from where so that i can became excellent civil engineer?

You need to pursue your internship or training from a good company or institution, if you are not studying at a good college. It will help you to gain some skills.

If you have studied from a reputed college, then you will get a decent job, if you have studied well and performed well in the interview. Even for internship, you will have great opportunities at a reputed college.
